Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern services provided by Lustra Consulting, LLC, doing business as EliMents Auto Spa (“Company”).
By booking or using services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

The Company provides mobile auto detailing and related services.

2. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. The Company does not store card information.

3. Cancellations

Failure to provide reasonable notice for cancellation may result in a fee equal to the amount quoted for the applicable service.

4. Vehicle Condition and Valuables

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or personal property left in vehicles.

5. Photographs

Photographs may be taken for documentation or marketing purposes unless the customer opts out.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount quoted for the applicable service.

7. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

8. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the services provided, or any transaction
between the Customer and the Company shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

9. Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions

Customer understands and agrees that arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and that Customer is waiving the right
to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

10. Small Claims Exception

Either party may elect to bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration, where permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

If arbitration is deemed unenforceable or otherwise inapplicable, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the U.S. state in which the services giving rise to the dispute were performed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
